  16. -> working on a print project and I require a 3D model of a space
  17. -> shuttle (Endeavor type). I found a couple of DXF objects on
  18. -> avalon.chinalake.mil but these were very poor quality -- usable only
  19. -> as a reference to modelling. I'd hate to reinvent the wheel by
  20. -> modelling my own. Can someone point me in the direction of an FTP
  21. -> site where I might find a quality model of the shuttle? I just need
  22. -> the basic geometry, and can create my own texture maps. I don't need
  23. -> a high resolution model either -- just some geometry that isn't full
  24. -> of holes, dips and wrinkles. :)
  25. There is a very nice shuttle object on the Space Essentials Object
  26. collection from Dedicated Digital Imagery. The collection lists for
  27. $64.95 but you also get the complete solar system, plus a guy in a
  28. spacesuit and other space type objects, black hole,galaxy etc.
